About this community

 

Acadian Village is a peaceful manufactured housing community just outside the city of Opelousas. The community is comprised of 59 home sites nestled in a rural-like setting, but with quick access to all that Opelousas has to offer.

 

Residents and their families enjoy a quiet and peaceful community surrounded by farm land on all sides. The community features spacious lots, paved roads, and shares a property manager and maintenance staff with it's sister community Bon Ami which is located just a few miles away.
