About this community

 

Boudreaux's is a small manufactured housing community located in the heart of Opelousas. The community is comprised of 50 home sites in the middle of town, providing quick access to all that Opelousas and the greater Lafayette area has to offer.

 

Boudreaux's offers residents a clean, peaceful, and safe community to call home. The community features spacious lots and shares a property manager and maintenance staff with it's sister community Acadian Village which is located just a few miles away.
